Refund Policy

1All sales are final

Every purchase — an individual course or the all-access bundle — is a one-time purchase of digital educational content that is delivered and made accessible to you immediately upon approval. Because the content is digital and access is granted right away, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once access has been granted.

2Why we don't offer refunds

When your payment is approved, the course you bought (or every course, with the bundle) unlocks immediately. Digital educational content cannot be “returned” once it has been viewed, so each purchase is a single, final sale rather than a subscription with renewals. We encourage you to review the plan details, the course catalogue, and to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

3Before you buy

To make an informed decision, we recommend that you:

• review what is included in Premium on the Services page;
• browse the available courses and their descriptions;
• message us on Telegram or email us with any questions about the content or your goals.

4Duplicate or incorrect charges

This policy does not affect your rights in the case of a genuine billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an amount that does not match the advertised price. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate and correct any verified mistake.

5Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the applicable consumer laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia or your country of residence. Where such law requires a remedy that this policy does not provide, that law prevails to the extent it applies to you.
