1Educational purpose & no financial advice

Kanhchrong Sor is an education and mentorship platform. All content, lessons, examples, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

Risk warning: Trading forex, commodities, indices, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

2Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3Enrollment, plans & payments

Access to certain courses, bootcamps, and features requires enrollment or a paid plan. Prices and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. Where payments are processed, they are handled by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Kanhchrong Sor Premium is a one-time purchase of digital course access and all sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy. We do not provide refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course content or access credentials;
• copy, record, or reproduce lessons, videos, or materials except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

5Intellectual property

All courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Kanhchrong Sor and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access purchased or enrolled content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

6Community & user conduct

If the Service includes community areas, homework, or messaging, you agree to interact respectfully and lawfully. We may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm other members.

7Third-party links & partners

The Service may reference or link to third-party brokers, tools, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

8Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanhchrong Sor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
